DoorDash is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Remote Associate Manager for Agent Tooling Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing, designing, and scaling the tools used by our agent workforce, ensuring operational efficiency, high performance, and an exceptional experience for both internal teams and customers. Lead the strategy, design, and execution of initiatives to improve agent-facing tools and workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Workforce Management to align tooling solutions with business needs.
Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities for tooling enhancements and automation.
Manage a team of analysts and associate managers to deliver high-impact solutions efficiently and effectively.
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of tool-related projects.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing tools to ensure they meet business standards, compliance, and scalability requirements.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective training, documentation, and change management practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve agent tools and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
Experience managing operational tools or systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making without direct authority.
Proficiency in project management tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
Familiarity with agent workflows, workforce management processes, or operational support systems is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operational strategy, program management, or tool/process management in a tech or logistics environment.
Experience leading or managing small teams or cross-functional projects.
Prior experience in SaaS, platform operations, or customer support technology is a plus.
Full-time, remote position with standard business hours, but may require flexibility to coordinate with teams across different time zones.
