Monitor real-time metrics for delivery operations, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize service levels.
Manage and adjust workforce schedules dynamically to meet customer demand and operational targets.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to address operational challenges in real time.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance overall service quality.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery time, order fulfillment rates, and agent productivity.
Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for scaling operations during peak periods.
Respond quickly to unplanned disruptions, staffing shortages, or system issues, ensuring minimal impact on service levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency with workforce management software, Excel, Google Sheets, and other data visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Prior experience in logistics, delivery operations, or real-time monitoring is preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in workforce management, operations analysis, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a remote or distributed work environment is a plus.
Previous experience in the gig economy, logistics, or technology-driven operations is advantageous.
This is a full-time, remote role with flexibility in hours.
Must be available to work in shifts covering peak operational periods, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on marketplace demand.
