FedEx is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Operations Clerk to support both Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and FedEx Express operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation, smooth freight movement, and efficient warehouse coordination. The Warehouse Operations Clerk acts as a key link between warehouse teams, drivers, and operations management, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately, safely, and on time in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Perform administrative and clerical duties related to warehouse, LTL, and FedEx Express operations.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading, manifests, and delivery records.
Enter, track, and update shipment data in warehouse management and transportation systems.
Coordinate with dock personnel, drivers, and operations supervisors to ensure timely freight movement.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FedEx standards.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and assist with shipment tracing and customer inquiries.
Support inventory control, freight audits, and daily operational reports.
Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to all FedEx policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Strong clerical, administrative, and data entry skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of LTL freight and express shipping operations preferred.
1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, or clerical support preferred.
Prior experience in freight, LTL operations, or express shipping is an advantage but not mandatory.
Entry-level candidates with strong administrative skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Flexibility in scheduling is required to support peak shipping periods.
