Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and online support platforms in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, guidance, and follow-up support
Process service requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when required
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
Meet productivity, accuracy, and response-time targets
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong typing and data entry accuracy
