Progressive Technology is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing remote workforce as Entry-Level Chat Moderators. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including messages, comments, and posts

• Respond to user inquiries through text-based chat in a professional and timely manner

• Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content

• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and reported issues

• Follow established moderation protocols and confidentiality standards

• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve platform safety and user experience

• Stay updated on policy changes, tools, and moderation best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written English communication skills

• Ability to read, analyze, and respond to text quickly and accurately

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms

Experience

• No prior chat moderation experience required

Working Hours
