Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Tamil Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching the Tamil language to students of varying ages and proficiency levels, using effective and engaging teaching methods. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans tailored to the learning needs of students.

• Teach Tamil grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and writing skills.

• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.

• Customize teaching approaches for students with different learning styles and levels.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.

• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress.

• Stay updated with modern teaching techniques and incorporate them into lessons.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong command of Tamil grammar and literature.

• Excellent teaching and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Tamil language instruction is preferred.

• Experience teaching students of various age groups and proficiency levels is an advantage.
