UnitedHealthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our diverse patient population across clinical and community-based care settings. This role is ideal for professionals who are fluent in English and at least one additional language and who are passionate about delivering culturally competent, patient-centered care. As a Bilingual CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing communication, improving patient outcomes, and supporting the overall healthcare experience.
Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
Accurately measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort
Communicate effectively with patients and families in both English and a second language to ensure understanding of care instructions
Support nurses and healthcare professionals with clinical and non-clinical tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols
Document care activities clearly and accurately in patient records
Advocate for patient needs and promote a culturally respectful care environment
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish preferred; other languages welcome)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Knowledge of patient privacy laws and ethical standards
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting preferred
Experience working with diverse or multicultural patient populations is highly desirable
Previous experience in hospitals, long-term care, home health, or community clinics is an advantage
Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN
Day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available

Understanding of basic nursing principles and patient care techniques
Ability to translate or interpret basic healthcare information accurately and compassionately
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
