Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

• Support digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels.

• Monitor website analytics and generate reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.

• Conduct competitor research and analyze trends to enhance marketing strategies.

• Maintain and update website content, blog posts, and landing pages as needed.

• Assist in SEO and SEM activities to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

• Respond to online customer inquiries on social media platforms, comments, and emails when required.

• Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including content planning and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online marketing assistance.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong learning mindset will be considered.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote work with flexible hours aligned to Singapore time zone (GMT+8).
