As a Client Success Professional, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience with our services is seamless and rewarding. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining proactive communication.
Understand client objectives and align our services to meet their goals effectively.
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of our services.
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on client health and success metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.

Flexible working hours with some overlap required with German business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET).
