Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and guidance.
Document interactions accurately in the company CRM or live chat system.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
Monitor chat queues and maintain high engagement and response rates.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of chat processes and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet departmental performance goals.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to grammar and clarity.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced online environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
