Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Remote Digital Support Associates to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients digital platforms, ensuring seamless operations, accurate data handling, and timely resolution of digital support requests.
Monitor and manage digital support tickets and requests via chat, email, and internal systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to digital platforms.
Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance support efficiency.
Adhere to company policies, data security protocols, and quality standards.
Provide timely, clear, and professional communication in all digital correspondence.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using digital tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently.
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
