HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly motivated Remote Instagram Reels Content Manager to join our growing digital media team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content using mobile editing tools or desktop software.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain visual brand identity and messaging consistency.

• Monitor Reels performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, saves, ROI) and prepare weekly reports.

• Optimize content for maximum visibility—timing, captions, hashtags, and visual storytelling.

• Manage content calendars to ensure timely and organized publishing across multiple accounts.

• Test new creative ideas, content variations, and emerging trends to improve content performance.

• Engage with followers through comments, responses, and interactive features to build community.

• Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, creator tools, and social platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, especially Reels trends, features, and audience dynamics.

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.

• Excellent creative storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement tools.

• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing digital environments and content trends.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.

• Freshers with strong creativity and passion for Instagram content are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated experience with short-form video creation (personal or professional) is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully remote, flexible working hours.
