Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits to identify opportunities for organic growth.

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure.

• Identify technical SEO issues and work with the IT team to implement solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Assist in developing content strategies that align with SEO goals and business objectives.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or Joomla.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website coding for SEO purposes is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Proven track record of improving website rankings and increasing organic traffic.

• Experience with both B2B and B2C SEO strategies is advantageous.
