Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and digital support platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
