Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
Assist guests with bookings, cancellations, changes, and general service requests
Provide solutions to guest concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system
Communicate effectively with internal teams to address client needs
Follow hospitality service protocols to ensure positive customer experiences
