Contact potential and returning blood donors to schedule donation appointments.

Handle donor questions, concerns, or special requirements in a courteous and professional manner.
Collaborate with the team to meet scheduling goals and maintain donor satisfaction.

Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
