Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Business Development and Client Relationship Management Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our services. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to propose innovative strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and client engagement.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, client management, or sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
