Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and academically driven Online Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) to support virtual learning environments across various disciplines. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and help gather academic materials for course improvement.

• Respond promptly to student inquiries via email or chat.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold academic integrity standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree (or current enrollment in a graduate program) preferred.

• Strong academic background and familiarity with online education platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

• Competence in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

• High level of professionalism and commitment to academic ethics.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, or research assistant (preferred but not mandatory).
