HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and business forecasting. You will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from financial data, trends, and metrics. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and support decision-making.
Analyze financial data and provide reports on profitability, cash flow, expenses, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance trends.
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Collaborate with department heads to assess financial implications of business decisions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards.
Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-reduction strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
Experience in preparing financial reports and analyzing large datasets.
Exposure to remote or distributed work environments will be an advantage.
Flexible remote work schedule.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
Core collaboration hours between 9 AM – 5 PM (local time) for team meetings and updates.
Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
