Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our growing customer support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing real-time assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or email support role.

  • Experience working remotely is considered an advantage.
