Key Responsibilities

  • Train AI models using real-world customer service scenarios and feedback data.

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to identify and correct recurring AI response issues.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing results and provide actionable insights.

  • Simulate realistic customer interactions to enhance AI adaptability across various support situations.

  • Assist in the development of conversation scripts, FAQs, and AI behavior guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency in the AI  voice, empathy, and professionalism when responding to users.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Business Administration, Linguistics, or related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with customer service processes or helpdesk tools.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools, chatbots, or virtual assistants.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors in responses.

  • Basic understanding of data annotation or AI model training is a plus.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, or AI-based projects.

  • Prior exposure to AI tools, machine learning, or digital training environments preferred.

  • Freshers with exceptional communication and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
