Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online business operations. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate and timely updates across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  • Conduct product research and competitor analysis to support pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and compelling.

  • Assist in managing order processing, returns, and customer queries related to product listings.

  • Generate regular reports on inventory status, sales trends, and product performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns online.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or eBay.

  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, or inventory management is highly preferred (1–2 years).
