Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Admin Support professional to join our HR team. This role involves providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting day-to-day functions of the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with recruitment-related tasks, including scheduling interviews, sending follow-up emails, and maintaining candidate records.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems accurately.

  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as required.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and HR events.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
