Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a compassionate and experienced Addiction Counsellor / De-addiction Specialist to provide remote support and guidance to individuals struggling with substance abuse and addictive behaviors. This role involves assessing clients needs, designing personalized recovery plans, and delivering counseling sessions in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

• Certification in addiction counseling or de-addiction therapy is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, behavioral therapies, and recovery programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.

• Proficiency with remote communication tools and virtual counseling platforms.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in addiction counseling, de-addiction therapy, or related mental health services.

• Experience in remote counseling or telehealth services is an added advantage.

• Proven track record of successfully supporting clients through recovery programs.

Working Hours:

• Flexible remote working hours, with availability for scheduled sessions during daytime and evening as needed.

• Occasional weekend sessions may be required based on client schedules.
