Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Math & Science Teacher to educate and inspire students in Grades 1–5. This fully remote role allows educators to create engaging and interactive lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning in young minds. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive online lessons in Math and Science for students in Grades 1–5.

• Develop creative lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.

• Provide personalized attention and guidance to support individual student learning needs.

• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of performance.

• Engage students through hands-on activities, problem-solving exercises, and interactive digital tools.

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and learning strategies.

• Stay updated with best practices in online teaching, educational technology, and curriculum developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Masters preferred).

• Proven teaching experience, preferably with Grades 1–5 students.

• Strong knowledge of elementary-level Math and Science concepts.

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching style to engage young learners.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years of teaching experience, either in a classroom or online setting.

• Experience in creating lesson plans and delivering curriculum-aligned instruction.

• Prior experience with remote teaching and virtual classrooms is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible part-time or full-time schedules, with lessons conducted remotely.

• Availability during weekdays, evenings, or weekends may be required based on student needs.
