Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish product listings across various e-commerce platforms.

• Write compelling and accurate product titles, descriptions, and specifications.

• Upload high-quality product images and ensure correct categorization.

• Update pricing, stock availability, and other product information regularly.

• Ensure product listings adhere to company standards and platform guidelines.

• Conduct keyword research to optimize listings for search visibility.

• Monitor competitor listings and industry trends to improve product presentation.

• Coordinate with the inventory and marketing teams to maintain accurate and attractive listings.

• Maintain a consistent and error-free product catalog.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).

• Familiarity with product research, keyword optimization, and SEO principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data management.

• Basic photo editing skills (optional but preferred).

• Ability to follow processes and maintain organized records.

Experience

• Previous experience in e-commerce product listing, data entry, or digital merchandising is a plus.
