Ensure consistent application of moderation guidelines while maintaining fairness and impartiality.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate content.
Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and digital content trends.
Basic knowledge of content policies, copyright rules, and online safety protocols.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Strong judgment, discretion, and ethical decision-making.
Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, customer support, or online community management is preferred but not mandatory.
