We are seeking a Junior Executive for our Customer Experience Team to support and enhance our customer engagement journey. The Junior Executive will play a key role in building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to the companys growth and reputation.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide support in preparing reports on customer service metrics and trends.
Suggest and contribute ideas for process improvement and enhanced customer engagement.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult conversations effectively.
0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or customer experience management.
Internship or prior experience in customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
