Emirates Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Ground Staff professionals to deliver exceptional service and operational support at the airport. Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, seat allocation, and boarding processes.

• Handle baggage inquiries, lost & found cases, and ensure safe handling of luggage.

• Provide accurate flight information, answer passenger queries, and resolve concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with security teams for passenger safety compliance.

• Manage boarding gates and ensure smooth boarding procedures.

• Support special assistance for elderly passengers, persons with disabilities, and unaccompanied minors.

• Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA standards, and local regulations.

• Handle irregular operations such as flight delays and cancellations professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation or hospitality is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline reservation systems preferred.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
