Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers and assist with check-in, baggage, and boarding processes.

  • Provide accurate and timely information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.

  • Ensure compliance with Emirates Airlines policies, safety standards, and security regulations.

  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring wheelchair services.

  • Coordinate with other airport teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent passenger experience.

  • Manage documentation and system entries accurately for passenger records.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
