The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager – Private Sector to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for private sector clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients business objectives, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned private sector accounts.
Understand client business needs and challenges to provide strategic solutions.
Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.
Monitor account performance and prepare detailed reports on account status, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, presentations, and campaigns for clients.
Achieve assigned sales and account growth targets consistently.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to advise clients effectively.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of the private sector business environment and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development roles.
Experience handling large or strategic private sector accounts is highly desirable.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Standard business hours (flexible scheduling available for client meetings across time zones).
