We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing order fulfillment processes, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
Manage and process customer orders accurately through online platforms and internal systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Track and monitor orders, ensuring on-time delivery and handling any issues promptly.
Update customers with order status, shipment details, and resolve complaints effectively.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and refunds in the system.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry related to order management.
Identify and escalate any operational issues to management for quick resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and online tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems).
