Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Physical fitness and the ability to meet the airlines medical and grooming standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the airline industry is preferred but not mandatory.
