Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin throughout the flight.

• Communicate effectively with the flight deck, ground staff, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations.

• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring a positive travel experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with airline standards.

• Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in emergency situations.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Physical fitness and the ability to meet the airlines health and safety requirements.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.
