• Respond to passenger inquiries, concerns, and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations during boarding, in-flight, and landing procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and inventory during the flight.

• Comply with all airline policies, aviation regulations, and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or emergency situations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, lift baggage, and move in confined spaces.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time, with flexible schedules depending on flight rosters.
