• Handle in-flight documentation, reports, and any special requests from passengers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

• Physical fitness and ability to meet airline height, weight, and medical standards.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or airline industry is preferred but not mandatory.
