Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Experience
