Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

• Physically fit to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting luggage.

• Well-groomed and presentable appearance at all times.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel industry is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.

• Ability to travel frequently and stay away from home for multiple days.
