Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support the VP of Human Resources. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact, providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and assisting in HR initiatives to ensure smooth organizational operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the VP of HRs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare, edit, and format HR documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Assist in the organization and execution of HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain HR records in compliance with company policies.

  • Serve as a liaison between the VP of HR and other departments to ensure smooth communication.

  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and HR initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics for HR events, meetings, and interviews.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to improve HR operational efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience
