Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers with a warm and professional attitude during boarding and deplaning.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight.

• Respond promptly to passenger requests and address concerns with empathy.

• Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or disabled travelers.

• Maintain cabin cleanliness and manage in-flight inventory.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently as per airline guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and assisting with lifting tasks.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline policies.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and international time zones.

• Rotational shifts based on flight schedules.
