Job Summary

Airport Jobs is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Flight Stewardess. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional travel experience for passengers while ensuring safety and compliance with airline regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for passengers during flights, providing comfort, safety, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

• Deliver in-flight services, including food and beverage distribution, and handle special requests.

• Communicate safety procedures clearly and ensure passenger compliance with regulations.

• Respond promptly and effectively to passenger needs, inquiries, and emergencies.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort within the cabin.

• Assist with resolving in-flight issues in a professional and calm manner.

• Prepare flight reports and manage documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Height and weight proportionate to airline safety requirements.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are welcome to apply.

Working Hours
