Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle in-flight situations, including emergencies, with professionalism and calmness.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.

• Assist in boarding and disembarking processes to ensure smooth operations.

• Promote duty-free products and assist passengers with purchases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service education is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Positive attitude, approachable, and team-oriented.

• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Experience:

• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Rotating schedules depending on flight timings (domestic and international).

• Overnight layovers in some cases.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of airline safety and emergency procedures (training provided).

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Strong cultural awareness and ability to interact with international passengers.
