Job Summary

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Cabin Stewardesses to join our team in Canada. As a Cabin Stewardess, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional experience of passengers throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew during flights by strictly following aviation regulations and company procedures.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including assisting passengers with seating, luggage, and in-flight needs.

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.

  • Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while adhering to hygiene and quality standards.

  • Respond to passenger inquiries, complaints, and medical emergencies promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.

  • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and timely departure.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.

  • Height and weight proportionate to safety requirements (as per airline standards).

  • Valid passport and eligibility to work in Canada.


Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent communication and personality will be considered.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.

  • Roster-based scheduling with varying domestic and international routes.
