Job Summary

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Cabin Stewardesses to join our team in Canada. As a Cabin Stewardess, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional experience of passengers throughout their journey. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will represent the airline brand and deliver world-class service on domestic and international flights.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew during flights by strictly following aviation regulations and company procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, including assisting passengers with seating, luggage, and in-flight needs.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while adhering to hygiene and quality standards.

• Respond to passenger inquiries, complaints, and medical emergencies promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.

• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and timely departure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.

• Height and weight proportionate to safety requirements (as per airline standards).

• Valid passport and eligibility to work in Canada.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with excellent communication and personality will be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.

• Roster-based scheduling with varying domestic and international routes.
