SysTechCare Support, in partnership with T-Mobile, is looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Account Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with account-related queries, billing concerns, and service support. Your ability to provide exceptional customer experiences while maintaining professionalism in a remote setting will be key to your success.
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from T-Mobile customers regarding accounts, plans, and services.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns related to billing, account changes, and technical issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Update customer accounts and document interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Promote T-Mobile products and services when appropriate to enhance customer value.
Adhere to performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with patience and empathy.

Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and multitasking across applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum: 1 year of customer service experience (call center or remote support preferred).
Prior experience in telecommunications or subscription-based services is an advantage.
