SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently. You will work remotely, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) in a timely and accurate manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues effectively.
Document and track all customer interactions using our CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Provide product information, guidance, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.
Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for process improvement.
Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using customer support tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Minimum: 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field (call center, helpdesk, or remote support).
Preferred: Experience with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams) and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Flexible shifts with a requirement to work 8 hours per day.
Rotational shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
