Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer for Softlines and Accessories to join our design team on a project basis. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative product solutions across apparel, softlines, and accessories categories. You will work closely with the creative team, product developers, and marketing teams to bring designs from concept to production while ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for softlines and accessories that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

• Research fashion trends, colors, materials, and competitive products to create innovative designs.

• Prepare technical design specifications, sketches, and digital mockups for product samples.

• Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality of final products.

• Review prototypes and make necessary adjustments to achieve design intent and quality standards.

• Present design concepts and mood boards to stakeholders for approval.

• Maintain brand consistency across all product lines while ensuring compliance with project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D design tools.

• Strong knowledge of textiles, materials, and garment construction techniques.

• Excellent sketching and rendering skills for both hand-drawn and digital designs.

• Ability to interpret market trends and translate them into commercially viable products.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in softlines or accessories.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or consumer product design is highly desirable.

• Experience working on seasonal design collections or licensed products is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time project-based role, typically 40 hours per week.

• Standard office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.

• Some flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
