Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support is looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Online High School Teacher to join our remote teaching team. This role is ideal for educators who have a strong background in teaching core high school subjects and are comfortable delivering lessons in a virtual classroom environment. You will be responsible for providing engaging, interactive, and effective instruction to students while ensuring their academic progress during the seasonal program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver online lessons in accordance with the curriculum.

• Create interactive and engaging virtual classroom experiences for students.

• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback and support.

• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress reports.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators.

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.

• Participate in virtual staff meetings and training sessions as required.

• Ensure compliance with all academic and institutional policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education or relevant subject area (Masters degree preferred).

• Valid teaching certification or state license (preferred but not mandatory for some subjects).

• Strong knowledge of high school curriculum and teaching methodologies.

• Proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, MS Teams, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a high school or virtual learning environment.

• Experience in creating digital lesson plans and using online learning platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Part-Time | Seasonal Contract

• Flexible scheduling with 10-15 hours per week, including lesson preparation and grading.

• Classes conducted during weekdays or weekends as per program requirements.

• Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, English, or Social Studies.

• Ability to motivate and engage students in a virtual environment.
