Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented Content Moderators to join our remote team for the Walgreen project. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with Walgreens community guidelines and standards. This is an entry-level work-from-home opportunity that requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, screen, and moderate user-generated content for accuracy and compliance with community guidelines.

• Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent content.

• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity while reviewing large volumes of content.

• Flag policy violations and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.

• Respond to user inquiries and provide support regarding content-related issues.

• Keep updated on Walgreens content moderation policies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not required.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

• Comfortable working with sensitive content and adhering to strict confidentiality policies.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

• No prior experience required – Full training will be provided.

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or data entry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours
