Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, implement marketing strategies, and monitor analytics to ensure maximum reach and engagement. This is a fully remote position, and we provide a company laptop for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, aligned with the companys brand voice.

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

• Manage social media calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.

• Run paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and running campaigns.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working hours, with occasional scheduled meetings.

• Expected to work 30-40 hours per week, depending on project deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

• Knowledge of trending social media tactics and viral content strategies.

• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization is a plus.
