Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our clients with day-to-day administrative and business tasks. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will handle communication, scheduling, data entry, and other virtual assistance duties. Manage and respond to emails, messages, and client inquiries promptly.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Perform data entry, document preparation, and file management tasks.
Conduct online research and compile reports as needed.
Handle social media account management and basic content updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for project-related tasks.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and maintain records accurately.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
